• Partner with business leaders to set and deliver a people agenda that directly aligns with
business strategy and drives maximum impact.
• Lead organizational design and facilitate restructuring, and ensure seamless business
continuity.
• Champion people data accuracy. Use analytics to proactively identify trends, diagnose
business problems and recommend strategic HR solutions.
• Build deep intimacy with the talent landscape. Identify key skills, domain expertise, and
experience gaps to proactively build a robust succession pipeline.
• Define and execute recruitment strategies (E2E for key roles). Partner with hiring managers
to ensure high-quality talent acquisition.
• Develop and deliver plans to address capability gaps, focusing on leadership development
and domain expertise in partnership with Learning team.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex ER and disciplinary matters. Provide guidance to
senior leaders on conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance
improvement.
• Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local employment legislation and company
policy. Act as an unbiased, neutral facilitator to resolve disputes and uphold company codes
of conduct.
• Guideline managers through HR processes. Oversee workforce planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in management, MBA, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including Talent Management, Recruitment, and other
HR practices.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
