We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and oversee technical, product, and software analysis teams. The role will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business objectives, developing scalable and reliable software solutions, ensuring technical quality, and driving innovation across products serving government organizations, municipalities, and private-sector businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical, product, and software analysis teams while fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Define and drive the technical architecture of scalable, stable, and maintainable systems.

• Oversee the evaluation of new product releases and conduct code reviews to ensure software quality and adherence to development best practices.

• Implement and continuously improve best practices across software development, testing, and deployment processes.

• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the platforms and software solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology decisions and initiatives with strategic business objectives.

• Lead technical processes related to developing and delivering software solutions for enterprise customers.

• Manage customer relationships and lead technical discussions and negotiations across software projects and solutions.

What You Bring

• At least 4 years of experience in roles such as CTO, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or similar positions, with proven team leadership experience.

• Proven experience leading technical teams and working closely with Product and Software Analysis teams.

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Strong hands-on experience with Entity Framework, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design and management principles.

• Deep knowledge of software design patterns and scalable system architecture.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

• Strong team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex technical environments.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with customers and diverse stakeholders.

• A structured and disciplined approach, with a strong commitment to software development quality standards.
