Job Description:
The General Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and SSO regulations.
This role also leads the accounting team and provides financial insights to support business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the monthly finance closing process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger reconciliations.
Record financial transactions accurately and manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
Lead corporate tax governance, including VAT, CIT, and withholding tax compliance.
Supervise tax filings, audit objections, defense petitions, and representation before Tax Dispute Resolution Committees.
Manage relationships with SSO auditors to defend company assessments and reduce liability and penalty exposure.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to protect company assets.
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, provide financial guidance, and improve financial processes in line with regulatory changes.

Requirement:
At least bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial positions of Finance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems, particularly Rahkaran.
Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and Social Security requirements.
Leadership capability to manage a high-performing team, meet deadlines, and communicate in moderate English.
