We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to create visual content for the venues we work with, from Instagram posts and ads to menus, brochures and event pages. You’ll work alongside our Instagram admin, our videographer/editor and our ads specialist.

Responsibilities

Design social media posts and Instagram content
Create Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad creatives with the ads specialist
Design brochures and menus for restaurants and venues
Design wedding and event packages
Create graphics for event landing pages and websites
Keep each venue’s visual identity consistent across all work
Work closely with the videographer and content team
Log and report daily progress in our task management system

Requirements (must-have)

At least 3 years of graphic design experience
Based in Rasht (required)
Strong spoken and written English, able to join team meetings in English
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva
Comfortable using AI tools in the design workflow
A strong portfolio in social media, advertising or print design
Ownership, clear communication and a focus on results

Nice to have

Experience designing for restaurants, event halls or events
Familiarity with Figma, for landing-page and web graphics

What you’ll work on

International hospitality and event brands
A team that works in English and Persian
A clear workflow with daily reporting and AI tools for repetitive tasks
Salary: open to discuss based on experience and skill-set

Working conditions

Location: Rasht. Remote for the first one to two months, then on-site.
Type: Full-time. We may start with one part-time month to confirm scope and skills.
Hours and days: discussed at interview
