We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support our growing international organization.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of HR practices who is interested in working across international recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage international recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to coordination and onboarding.
• Support managers and employees in employee relations and conflict management matters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Knowledge Management programs and HR initiatives.
• Support job grading and job evaluation processes.
• Develop, review, and maintain accurate job profiles and job descriptions.
• Work closely with managers to understand people-related needs and provide practical HR support.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure alignment with company policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience or strong interest in international recruitment and working with multicultural teams.
• Good understanding of employee relations and conflict management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with managers and employees.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
