خدمت سربازیمسئولیتها:
- نصب، پیکربندی، به‌روزرسانی و نگهداری نرم‌افزارهای مالی و زنجیره تامین (نرم‌افزار حسابداری راهکاران) و سامانه‌های کاربردی سازمان
- دریافت، بررسی و رفع درخواست‌ها و مشکلات نرم‌افزاری کاربران و پیگیری تا حصول نتیجه
- پایش عملکرد سامانه‌ها و پایگاه‌های داده، تهیه نسخه‌های پشتیبان و بازیابی اطلاعات در مواقع لزوم
- مدیریت کاربران و سطوح دسترسی در نرم‌افزارها و اجرای سیاست‌های امنیتی
- تحلیل خطاهای نرم‌افزاری، هماهنگی با تامین‌کنندگان و توسعه‌دهندگان و تست پس از تغییرات یا به‌روزرسانی‌ها
- آموزش و راهنمایی کاربران و تهیه مستندات فنی و دستورالعمل‌های کاربری
- برآورد نیازها و مشارکت در تهیه پیشنهاد خرید و تمدید لایسنس نرم‌افزارها
- راهنمایی همکاران کم‌تجربه‌تر و تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت سامانه‌ها و درخواست‌های پشتیبانی
شایستگی‌های تخصصی و دانشی مورد نیاز:
- عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات نرم‌افزاری و تحلیل ریشه‌ای خطاها
- مدیریت و کار با پایگاه داده و مفاهیم SQL
- سیستم‌عامل Windows
- شبکه‌های کامپیوتری و پروتکل‌های پایه
- امنیت اطلاعات و مدیریت دسترسی
- آشنایی با معماری و عملکرد نرم‌افزارهای سازمانی (ERP، اتوماسیون اداری)
