The mission of a Senior Product Designer is to identify and understand user and business problems and translate them into intuitive, effective, and user-centered design solutions. By applying design thinking, analyzing user behavior, and understanding product objectives, the Senior Product Designer is responsible for creating consistent, high-quality product experiences that address user needs while contributing to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze user and business problems, translating them into design opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to final design delivery.
• Design and optimize user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Use product analytics, user feedback, and research findings to inform design decisions and continuously improve the product experience.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible, effective, and aligned with product objectives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across the product.
• Document design decisions and prepare clear design specifications and handoff materials for the development team.
• Review implemented designs to ensure alignment with design specifications and user experience standards.
• Identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement in existing products, proposing evidence-based solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles and their application to digital products.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into simple, intuitive, and effective design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user behavior analysis.
• Ability to interpret product data and use insights to inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of business objectives, product metrics, and the impact of design decisions on product outcomes.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality user interfaces.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform design principles.
• Understanding of design systems and experience contributing to their development and maintenance.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
