Doctoreto serves millions of users across Iran’s healthcare ecosystem, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of key product areas. This is an established, high-traffic product with real traction, and your decisions will directly influence business outcomes from day one.
We’re looking for someone who has done this at scale: someone who has owned products in high-transaction environments and knows how to build strong, aligned teams around them. You’ll own your areas end to end, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and impact, and help create a team culture of trust, accountability, and shared ownership.
What You’ll Do
Product ownership
- Own the roadmap and backlog for your product areas, in line with the overall product strategy and grounded in user and business data.
- Make and justify prioritization decisions across competing demands from business owners and engineering.
- Lead discovery with stakeholders to find opportunities, test assumptions, and define measurable success criteria before work begins.
- Understand user journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making product decisions.
- Track feature impact after release and share outcomes and learnings with the product team.
Execution and delivery
- Turn business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that teams can act on immediately.
- Work with engineering leads to keep delivery predictable: set clear sprint goals, surface risks early, manage dependencies, and keep momentum high.
- Partner with the Scrum Master and Tech Lead to make sure sprint planning, refinement, and reviews are driven by clear priorities and well-prepared backlog items.
- Build working prototypes with AI prototyping tools to communicate ideas fast, test concepts with users, and validate direction before development starts.
- Use AI tools in your daily work, for research, analysis, writing specs, and speeding up routine tasks.
- Document key decisions, trade-offs, and prioritization rationale.
Team collaboration
- Build trust and shared ownership with Backend, Frontend, QA, and Design in your squads.
- Work closely with Product Design and Data teams to validate assumptions, improve user experiences, and make evidence-based product decisions.
- Consider the needs of both patients and doctors when prioritizing improvements across Doctoreto’s healthcare ecosystem.
- Handle conflicts directly and constructively, whether between team members, between engineering and business, or over competing priorities, and bring people to decisions they can commit to.
- Keep teams aligned through changing requirements and shifting priorities.
- Work closely with the other PMs to keep product direction consistent across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- A track record of owning products in high-transaction, high-traffic environments, ideally at large, established companies.
- Clear examples of delivering measurable business and user outcomes from products you owned end to end.
- Experience improving product metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and feature adoption.
- Strong understanding of user-centered product development and the ability to balance user value with business impact.
- Proven ability to build trust with development teams and keep them aligned and productive, without relying on positional authority.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills, with real examples of working through disagreements and keeping teams moving.
- Strong execution skills and solid experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with PM tooling such as Jira.
- Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools, and AI already part of how you work every day.
- Strong data skills: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing user behavior, and using data to drive decisions.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, phased rollouts, and experimentation.
- Solid technical understanding (APIs, system dependencies) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Clear communicator with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- SQL skills and experience with analytics and data tools such as Metabase, with the ability to independently pull and build the data you need for your domain: writing queries, creating dashboards, and answering product questions without waiting on the data team.
- Experience in digital health, online marketplaces, or other multi-sided platforms.
- Experience in regulated industries.
