1.       End-to-End Product Ownership: Independently own the product development lifecycle, from problem discovery and solution design to implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

2.       Full-Stack Engineering: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications, internal platforms, APIs, backend services, and reusable components.

3.       AI-Powered Product Development: Build and integrate AI-powered features, intelligent agents, and automated workflows to enhance marketing capabilities, productivity, and operational efficiency.

4.       Product Discovery and Problem-Solving: Collaborate directly with marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand user needs, challenge assumptions, and translate ambiguous business problems into actionable technical solutions.

5.       Rapid Prototyping and Experimentation: Deliver MVPs and prototypes rapidly, validate solutions through user feedback and data, and iteratively improve products based on measurable outcomes.

6.       Systems Integration and Automation: Integrate internal services, data platforms, marketing technologies, third-party APIs, and existing tools to build effective, maintainable solutions.

7.       Engineering Quality and Reliability: Maintain appropriate standards for software architecture, code quality, testing, performance, security, observability, and production reliability.

●        Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Next.js, and modern web development.

●        Solid backend engineering experience with Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js, Go, or comparable technologies.

●        Practical experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, API design, and data modeling.

●        Good understanding of software architecture, system design, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns.

●        Experience deploying, maintaining, debugging, and monitoring production applications.

●        Proficiency with Git-based workflows, testing practices, CI/CD, and modern software development tools.

●        Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complete products or significant features from concept to production.

●        Strong product thinking, user empathy, and attention to UI/UX quality.

●        Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear priorities, practical solutions, and actionable development plans.

●        Pragmatic engineering judgment in balancing delivery speed, technical complexity, maintainability, and business impact.

●        Resourcefulness in leveraging existing technologies, open-source solutions, and available tools instead of unnecessarily building from scratch.

●        Ability to define success metrics, interpret product data, and make evidence-based decisions.

●        Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools and agentic development workflows to accelerate software development.

●        Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and practical application patterns.

●        Ability to critically evaluate, debug, test, and improve AI-generated code and solutions while maintaining engineering quality.
