مدیریت کمپین: تجربه عملی مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌های Google Ads و Meta Ads؛ آشنایی با Snapchat Ads و سایر پلتفرم‌ها مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
تحلیل داده و بیزینس: توانایی تحلیل عملکرد کمپین‌ها، Conversion Funnel، شاخص‌های CPA، ROI، ROAS و LTV و ارزیابی سودآوری.
دانش فنی: آشنایی با Tracking، Pixel، Conversion Events، API، Redirect، GA4 و GTM و توانایی تعامل مؤثر با تیم فنی برای شناسایی و رفع مشکلات.
تحقیق و توسعه (R&D): توانایی تحقیق مستقل، بررسی پلتفرم‌ها و ابزارهای جدید، عیب‌یابی مشکلات کمپین و ارائه راهکارهای عملی.
ابزارهای تحلیلی: تسلط به Excel یا Google Sheets؛ آشنایی با SQL، Python یا ابزارهای BI مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
مهارت‌های فردی: تفکر تحلیلی، حل مسئله، مسئولیت‌پذیری، یادگیری سریع و تسلط مناسب به زبان انگلیسی.
ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر (با یک ساعت و نیم شناوری).
محل کار: تهران ـ امیرآباد شمالی
