Key Responsibilities
Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leading physicians in relevant medical specialties and establish professional relationships with them.
Build and strengthen relationships with medical communities, scientific associations, and KOLs.
Manage and plan engagement activities with key physicians (KOL Management).
Develop and prepare scientific content for educational and presentation purposes.
Provide accurate, evidence-based responses to scientific inquiries from physicians and the sales team.
Deliver scientific training to Medical Representatives (Medical Reps).
Present and deliver scientific lectures at seminars, workshops, and educational sessions.
Prepare scientific presentations, slides, and educational materials for internal and external events.
Accompany the sales team on scientific physician visits and contribute to the scientific communication and promotion of products.
Travel to other cities to visit key physicians and address their scientific and educational needs.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and provide scientific input for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in scientific research and keeping up to date with the latest scientific developments.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High flexibility in working hours.
Willingness and ability to travel to other cities for business purposes.
Availability to work on weekends when required, with overtime compensation.
A relevant academic degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is considered an advantage.
